Appointment Cancellation

When you book your massage day, you are booking one (or more) of our fully qualified, and professional therapists which means they are exclusively booked for you, and not available for other clients.  In order to be respectful of our fabulous therapists, please call us ASAP if you need to reschedule your massage day.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We also understand that sometimes the best laid plans need to be changed, and we will try and accommodate your requirements to the best of our ability. As much notice is always appreciated so we can change bookings and reschedule therapists.

If cancellation is necessary, we request that you call ASAP. Our therapists are in high demand, and your advanced notice will hopefully allow us to accept other bookings.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please call us at 1800 333 807 between the hours of 9-5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fees

If more that a weeks notice is given, no cancellation fee applies.

If less than 24 hours is given, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

If no notice is provided, 100% cancellation fee applies.

If a therapist(s) show up on time to a scheduled massage day but you no longer want to proceed with the massage booking, a 100% cancellation fee is applied.
